Systemic thinking and acting: How to succeed within an complex organization
Within the last 20 years, systemic thinking has been shown to be an important factor in the success of companies and other organizations. Based on the experience that the success of an organization and of the individuals within that organization depends, in large part, on the people, their mind-set and the different patterns of interactions between people, systemic thinking has been developed over the last 50 years as a highly effective tool for analysing the patterns of thinking and the patterns of behaviour within an organization and for developing new and outstanding solutions.
To combine theory and practice, the starting point of the seminar will be real situations within the business area of the participants. Along those lines, the seminar will demonstrate how to analyse a social system and how to find new solutions for open questions.
